WE DID IT!
Everyone here at Havaianas Aotearoa is very proud to say it. As for any first
edition of such an event, we all got lots of butterflies in our stomachs. We
wouldn't expect it to be any different for an event that we naturally
called "Challenge".
We owe a very special thank you to Surf Life Saving New Zealand. Without your
technical expertise and engagement this event wouldn't have come to life. And,
of course, to all the people who took part in the Havaianas Lilo Challenge, who
were out there and put in a lot of energy to break through the surf to form our
giant jandal. We couldn't have done it without you.
